Time tracker/working hour reporter, implemented by C# or VB.NET

I'm sure that such kind of an application has already been done, so I do not want to spend time planning/design the entire solution ... Do you have a ready solution how tasks and jobs are reported/recorded, Windows Desktop & browser-based ? Simple and not too complicated, access levels (screen visibility) The task could include (note both interface) *hours spent in minutes *used material Reporting by task (browser base at least) * worn hours and planned time (* material Requirement/used matrial & product from anther DB) * you are ready to customize the application and you have the right to assign the source code to this project * bid / project includes the interface to be implemented in an external database (product DB) browser-based reporting UI can be implemented in PHP & jQuery
