MISSION Main objective is to ensure successful ongoing API integration, at all steps for XML life cycle (implementation, maintenance, expansion, optimization) our our new travel website. You will help grow our current website and look for ways to continue to improve UX by analysis of website figures and statistics and ongoing competitor research whilst liaising with our wholesaler support team. You will also help review client visitor statistics and sales volume to look for ways to improve sales by improving customer UX You will be responsible to ensure fast action for problem solving of any website errors, logging problem with techs support and ensuring the highest possible up time of website KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Liaising with IT platforms’ integrations, in order to allow the XML to operate. • Supporting sales teams by assessing possible challenges and ensuring qualitative integration in the shortest time possible. • Managing/escalating critical technical issues either with Hotel beds IT • Checking XML Analytics in order to operate possible necessary changes with clients (future trend, expected to grow, errors, improvements, etc.) CANDIDATE PROFILE • IT education. Diploma of Higher Education in Computing and IT (software development) or similar • Expertise in APIs support and travel industry • Growing expertise of XML structure, with ability for problem solving skills and advanced knowledge of the business itself (channels, business models, distribution models, internal setup, internal systems, etc.) • Intermediate or good knowledge of databases and programming languages. • Good command in English. • Good communications skills. • Apply now
