Unity 3D mapping application and Database

PLEASE READ WHOLE DESCRIPTION
I need someone to develop a 2D mapping application in Unity and also create a database server (I'll explain below) for the mapping application.
This is a semi-profit project. Meaning, I want to make money with it to only to be able to provide the upkeep of the service and updates.
So the function of the mapping application is that,
you open the application, and the Login or Register window opens.
You will be unable to use it until you log in.
Clicking 'Register' will open up the persons web browser and direct them to the registering and payment website.
After successfully logged in, the person may use the program freely.
The mapping program has default blank maps, which the user is able to add objects and labels to the map, and then save these settings, as well as load saved settings.
It's other function is to be able to share the maps in real time with other users who are logged in.
The service is subscription based and users will also have to pay to use it and 'buy' extra real time sharing capabilities.
The accounts and subscription and website need to be linked together through the database. This is to prevent sharing between other people.
I may host it myself, or may use a hosting cloud.
I may also consider requesting an android app version. (I'm not sure on this yet).
