Update my Magento Site

Simple updates. Just don't have time. Here is what i need done: 1. Remove 'No Crosssel Items' at the checkout - I will send the link once I have reviewed your proposal. 2. Remove 'Clear Shopping Cart' and 'Update Shopping Cart' purple buttons (nobody is buying quantity 2 or more of a ring) 3. Remove Discount Code section or change to a textlink on the left side of page 4. Condense Shipping & Tax so it takes up less space, so checkout button is higher on page. 4. Home Page header - 'My Cart (1 item)' appears twice in header - remove one.
