Update WordPress Theme

We have a site that has a custom build theme, that was build only for us but there is not an updated version for the site anymore.
The name of the theme is Dorus

As you can see there is not an update for the theme to work with current PHP and wordpress version. We don't want to re do the website using another theme, that is not an option.
We want someone that can update theme, whitout breaking things. You need to have 100% confidence that you can do this. We want someone who has some WordPress credentials and work with wordpress themes before.
We want you to:
- Update wordpress theme so is compatable to current wordpress version.
- Update PHP to latest version.
The current wordpress theme doesn't work anymore, and the update is going to require making sure that funcions works perfectly.
If you feel confident about it, and think you can do it whitout breaking anything, please write what is 1+1 at the beginning of your proposal.
