Current J3 site needs new template and complete upgrade giving fresh professional look. Will be keeping Slideshow images to use in new site. Must have all security upgrades and be compliant with PHP7.6 plus Must be instant upgradeable as each joomla release comes along. Virtuemart needs updating with fresh new imagery and look and feel, easier check outs etc. Must provide 3-6 months of assistance with new site for bug fixes etc. Current site is old and outdated runs current J3 but won't run php7.5 onwards Must also be configured to access perfectly via mobile phone..
