We are a very small business group in the local market of Lexington, SC. We recently created a mobile app to assist a local restaurant. The app is still in development, but provides up to date information on food, beverages and events for end users. The app's data source is an online MySQL database.

Until we have integrated all the feature requests into the admin page of the app, we are in need of setting up a simple front-end interface using Google Sheets or Microsoft Access 2016 that is user friendly for the restaurant manager. Front-end needs to be able to search online data, present the data in a way that is easy view, allow user with a reliable means of updating data and (if possible) allow the user to generate custom reports from the data. Will need to be able to use front-end on multiple Windows based computer and would like to use front-end on different platforms. Would prefer the use of Google Sheets since it is is web based and would allow updates via a mobile device, but willing to use Microsoft Access as the temporary solution.

Project was originally developed using an Access database. Information has been transfer to a hosted MySQL database and the hosted database is being unitized by mobile application. Data is currently being updated by app programmer via the back-end, end user has limited update ability through Access (in spreadsheet format). Since user has limited technical skills, the user has requested more user friendly solution that is similar to the setup that was used when the data was in a local standalone Access database (sample of the "beta" Access database relationships is available).
