Vehicle Identification Number Form on Website

I am looking for a PHP developer to help with an existing project. The project uses information from vehicle identification numbers to fill in form data to correctly identify customer's vehicles. All details will be provided along with access to the API. Suitable developers must know how to make REST calls. All code was written in PHP using Codeigniter as a framework. Use of script should include: the ability to enter a VIN and submit form to self. The API will return a JSON file. Details such as year, make, model, and engine will be accessed from JSON. The details will be then used back on the same page and entered into combobox values.
