Hi, We would provide all the 3D artwork etc, we need to make a dress try on website. The user would come on the website. Choose the model, change skin color, body measurements. There would be dresses which we can provide in 3D or svg whatever is required. The user can see how they look in that dress. This would be only for dresses. We can use any open source as well for the shopping cart, if you can just deliver the try on we can implement that in a shopping cart system on our own. Please send me your proposal with all details and prior samples of work. Similar work completed would be surely a plus.
