Vtiger bug fix service and customization

Would like to start with the "must fix" jobs (see attached file) ... please give you cost for the first part of the project only "must fix" .. which I believe is quite simple 1) ADMIN HISTORY: is a customization made to resume information on the front page for organzation/account ... we automatically generated resume information for account/organisation only … we scan mailboxes and attach mails to account, phone calls are imported once a week, invoice information is updated automatically PROBLEM: and SO SHOULD TICKET INFORMATION but it does not work any more. 2) MAIL SCANNER: is also a costomization made for us earlier ... all mailboxes for users are scanned (inbox and sent mails) and mails are attached to the corresponing accounts/organisacions in vtiger if mail address is found in the corresponding fields. THIS IS WORKING SO FAR … PROBLEM: in case there is no such mail address registered in vtiger corresponing fields .. the mail is forwarded/copied to cely@[login to view URL] currently .. this is wrong because it should be forwarded to unknownmail@[login to view URL] only!!! or other mail to be specified 3. ELIMINATE CUSTOM FIELDS: a useless customization that has to be undone ... On botton of page for organización/account in vtiger there is a list of documents, please eliminate, its useless and makes the sistem slower as it needed to be 4. VARIOUS ISSUES (NOT RELATED TO CUSTOMIZATION) 4.1. Need to know there attached files or documents are stored in this server .. have to clean from time to time manually 4.3. Corrupted records: there are some corruped records (maybe ten between tickets, quotes, organizations). I would like to eliminate (cannot be done from GUI) 4.4. Corrupted users: there are two users which cannot be deleated from GUI .. also users are autogenerated from time to time and I would like to avoid and know why 4.5. Cleaning old information: like documents and email older then …... years/months .. time frame will be specified 4.6. Check server for other pending problems or issues (I might ignore) 4.7. In cases (SONEPAR) invoices will not appear in tab for other users (admin user can visualize invoices) I believe the above mentioned (see file "must fix") are quite quick to handle for someone with vtiger experience .. you may suggest a one time payment but also a recurring fee including bug fix on a regular basis. The second file "nice to have" is not for bidding at this point but you may state the cost or think about it as a second posible project once the first one is done.
