Hi Freelancers, We are looking to take our small consultancy business completely online and have identified the below spec so far, please remember due to EU/UK Data Protection concerns any solution should keep client data in our desktops or within our Office 365 E3 environment/web servers, data is our only material. - CRM built within our Office 365 E3 environment, possibly Access Sharepoint Apps with user friendly interface - Customers can fill a web form (currently pdf) that can be imported into CRM, security features required, possibly log in access for customers on secure portal - Semi Automate data transfer from CRM to third party secure online websites (webforms) without API, we are happy to purchase any software licenses required for this. - Similar Automation required throughout the business process, WorkFlows to be set up. Reduce data duplication significantly - Web Scraping robots set up to semi automate all data entry with human intervention at key decision points. - Improve our basic template website and/or evolve it as a Company Portal within Office 365 E3 environment, possibly with customer secure log in side. - Set up a secure Live Chat solution on our website. - Administer Office 365 E3 and other cloud IT support for a team of 3-5 on an Ad hoc basis. - Tweak our paperless office set up and remote working capabilities
