We need to create web based database to follow these patients by allowing to create filing record for each patients. The program should be able to generate reports about different scoring system, patient status e.g on ventilator or not. Some calculated key performance indicators should be automatically calculated from entered data. The database should be able to stratify the patients according to name of hospital and to allow calculation of some scores and generate reports daily notification about status of patients and to allow adding daily plans with suggested educational pdf to guide clinician in management. The storage of the data here is not the only target, we need to create a database for daily patient management by displaying the current status of the patient and what is the suggested plan. So the management will be easy to follow. Second thing is to guide the clinician on how to manage the patient by generate doc that is related to patient diagnosis. For instance if I have patient with trauma the system will display the trauma management algorithm. If you have patient with infection, the system will display antibiotic suggestion etc..
