I require a web-based site, that allows football referee's to be able to access a calendar and administration based system that shows them which football matches they are assigned to. Along with this, it allows the referee administrator to assign referee's very quickly to games. Notifications/stats/database of teams and referee's details required in the background. Also the ability for the referee's to log dates they are available and not available, maybe the addition of a registration form also.
