Web Directory for stocks

Design and build web directory with listings of companies on stock exchanges in a particular industry. No need for ratings, geo mapping etc. Wordpress is fit for purpose to keep the cost down. Happy for plugins to be used if they meet the requirement and are supported. Search based on aprox. 4 drop down fields and a company name/stock code search, all in the header. Front page will display list view of random company listings From search results, list view of companies, sortable and/or listed by a page breadcrumb. Ability to save any stock in list to a list of favourites via a button. Each company will have its own similar web page containing data from the directory database, plus data/chart derived from a third party source. Is embedding a directory plugin into a webpage possible so that the directory data is specific to the companies page? Monetisation required for upgraded listings, which will be offered preferential position, plus video and pdfs on their listing. Listing self management via a simple non technical interface would be ideal. The ability for companies to claim their listings would be good. We have looked at Business Directory for Wordpress which ticks most of the boxes but we are unsure how it could be integrated into the site. A simple design is fine, basic neutral colours, whites etc look and feel similar to [login to view URL] Not too many page types that need coding include the front page, list view page, stock page, myfavourites page, usual contact us, advertise, terms etc Initially all data in the directory will be static and provided via CSV. The ability to insert dynamic data into directory fields in the future via an API call or XML feed would be a major plus. User registration required after X clicks. Usual CMS functionality for admin. Preference is to use plugins for directory functionality however many of the directory plugins I have seen are limited on site integration, inserting dynamic data and video/media support. Find us one and we will be very happy. Second phase will be to add a forum to the site. Please outline which plugins you would recommend, if intending to do so, as well as which forum software you are experienced with. We are looking for a long term relationship as the site evolves.
