An Website for Fulfillment center like FBA

I need a website done for a fulfillment center based in India.
1. Customer ships item to our warehouse.
2. We store, pack & ship the item when the customer has an order.
Just like fulfillment by amazon program.
Features needed:
1. Customer must be able to create shipping plan, include details of products he will ship to us.
2. Customer must be able to generate barcode to stick to the shipment so that we can easily identify the shipment when it arrives.
[login to view URL] site must be connected to us to get real time order details from India via plugins for shopify, woocommerce, magnento, amazon etc.
4. customer must know the inventory left with us.
[login to view URL] must be able to pay as he created the shipping plan.
our end:
we must be able to identify as the product arrives using barcode.
update shipment received, products found, damages etc..
update fulfillment details like courier tracking as we ship each order.
prepaid Credit left with the customer to alert them for next payment.
Exactly same as the amazon fba system. Have not mentioned all the details yet...
