Website got messed up, wp-admin deleted, need help to restore it

Someone I tried to hire earlier to reset my wp-admin and do some minor fixes on my site actually messed up my site by deleting all the backups in my server, my plugins are gone and now my site wp-admin is missing. As you can see on my site [login to view URL], all the content is there but the wp-admin is deleted. I have a backup from July so I need someone to restore it or to get the site up to how it was previously.
