Hi community, I need someone to help me create a new website that is able to convert *.VCE files to *.PDF. In a nutshell, the customer should be able to upload 1,2 or 3 VCE files, pay through PayPal or Stripe (Credit Card) and then receive through email the download link for the PDF file(s). Invoice to be generated upon payment. Once complete the website needs to score minimum 90 (out of 100)... on Google PageSpeed Insights. Ask questions, I am happy to clarify. Thank you.
