I own a website with membership access, videos (linked to Youtube and Vimeo), articles and lots of images. I tested it on PageSpeed Insights and [login to view URL] and it gave me very poor results. Speed is low, lots of small things to be optimized etc. I have an average hosting (70€/year) and I am using Optimize Press for creating my pages. I am looking for someone to work on the improvements from inside, and who knows very well how to work on the issues on the screenshots. I am the webmaster at the moment, so the candidate will have to speak and deal with me and I would like also to have a report on what's been done, or gonna be done so I can have it for further reference in case of future problems. This will hopefully lead to a long term collaboration, because I need someone on the call for all these technical things to help me run the website smoothly in the years to come. Also, the target of this website is Thousands of subscribers, so I need someone who is prepared to deal with such high numbers Please look at the screenshots and if you think you could do this well, let me know

I ran a test on your website ([login to view URL]). Image Optimization and Serve scaled images are best fixed with WP-Smush Pro a premium plugin that I leave on your website for future images. Gzip is a simple code fix or use the correct Cache plugin. JavaScript is the most difficult to fix and it has to be deferred with code and if code does not work then 2 plugins are necessary. Some jQuery can not be deferred or the website breaks. With JavaScript the really BAD news is that Youtube adds about 6 External JavaScripts to the website and these CAN NOT be optimized. (There is a way to work around it). Leverage browser caching is a coding fix. Several GTmetrix tests shows a PageSpeed of 5.2 to 5.7 seconds. After Optimization I expect 2.5 to 3.5 seconds and faster if we change Youtube around. Your hosting server shows a load speed of 1 to 1.5 seconds (Very Slow). My guess is that they have overloaded the server with too many websites. If I have not answered your questions message me with them.
