There will be one Manager to enrol Users, Manger can amend letter templates Recipients and reminders, and set the No of Days that invitations and invitation reminders and late submissions, Manager and Users can send out invitations with a link to Recipients to complete a selected survey by email, If the recipient has not opened the link to start completing the sent survey a reminder invitation letter after a No. of days, Failure to open the link in a specified No of days after the reminder invitation has been sent a Final warning will be emailed.
The recipient will register there name, email address and mobile Tel No and date of birth, upon registering a the questionnaire will start to be asked and answered. The questionnaire will be split into page sections to simplify the questionnaire process.
When entering there address first they will input there Postcode and submit a search for the address, giving options of street names in that post code, the will select or manually write in the street address then the house name or No.
The questionnaire (Example) example [login to view URL] will be cut into sections as this survey can be completed on a PC or smartphone hense it must be responsive to the screen being used, at the end of each section the use clicks either save and continue or save and finish later.
The User can return to the link in the invitation, and continue where left off. At the end of completing fully the survey they can review answers and if necessary edit responses and then click save and submit or save for later again.
When the surveys have been completed and submitted, the recipient will receive a pdf copy and the administrator and the user will also receive a copy in the format of the word documents posted here. An additional copy in excel format will be email with the pdf to the administrator and the user
A control panel for the user will show all surveys that that user has snt to recipients showing the progress as 2 out of 10 pages etc has been completed so far, the administrator will have access to all recipient sent a link and who sent them.
