I have delivered many Wordpress sites and have integrated Paypal for subscription functionality. I have read through your requirements and have also studied the attachments. I am confident of delivering well. "After a payment is made I get a Subscription email from PayPal, that subscriber# paid for creator# so then I give access accordingly" - I need to check the code - if all is managed by the plugin then I have to customize the code in that plugin. Else if the plugin allows us we will use WP hook outside of the plugin. If we make changes in the plugin then in future this plugin cannot be updated. "Automation will also be required when the user cancels their subscription for the access to be denied after the end of the billing cycle. " - I think we have to run a background script that will check the time of cancellation . For ex. if my subscription end time is 8 AM today and I have opened the page then it should automatically redirect from that page and can not open creators profile (How it works now). I will need Cpanel and WP admin access. I ensure a very thorough job and also support if you need changes / enhancements in future. I look forward to hearing from you and working on the project.
