Wordpress - set/link default value (User) to post when posting

1) All submited properties do have an attached/assigned user linked to them. Submiting a property with a default user, it works as the public page where process is started works perfect. After property is submited, the assgined Agent or Admin user, accepts the property to be displayed to public.
When the user is type Admin or Agent and wants to submit a property, its redirected to a wp-admin site to do so.
By default, the linked user to the property is NOT set.
What i want when submiting a property as an Admin or Agent (see picture):
a) disable de fields (to invisible)
b) automatically link the property to the user who is submiting the property.
c) automatically "accept" the property to show to the public.
2) Add a whatsapp button on property actions bar (plugin or workaround) When pressed, share property link to whatsapp (user or group ).
