Wordpress Theme and Plugin Customization

I would like to Edit/create a very basic Plugin. The plugin that I have now create a Divider, however, I want the same design and funcionality as a Dropdown menu. IMAGE 1 - What I have right now. [login to view URL] I want to use a divider the same divider, but only with the funcionality of show/hide - normally known as "Read More". I would like the same design, but with only a small down arrow and the possibility to show the content only by touching the arrow or any other part of the divider. I want this in order to facilitate the lecture to the reader and to hide some technical information that maybe the reader don't want to read. I got the idea from this post: [login to view URL] I would like the plugin works the same way as the blog I show you before. They have something similar, but it says "Read more". This way I can improve articles like this one: [login to view URL] Please, let me know how much is gonna cost, and if you have any doubts, please let me know. NOTE: I would still want to have access to the old divider, So I guess you would need to copy the plugin I have now and take only this funcionality. Thanks
