Excel based quote template (in US Dollars, Rands and Euros) that once sent to a client/prospect; certain parts of data from the quote automatically feed through to a spreadsheet (Excel) or database. eg: client name / salespersons name / total value of quote / project name / country ect... The spreadsheet should be accessible by all but with only certain fields being allowed to be changed - password protected. The intention is to create a spreadsheet that can be used as a management tool (analyse data), and to serve as a tool to remind sales team to follow up on quotes
