We have a mobile app that was developed for a Windows CE 6.5 system using Visual Basic. We are needing to update the program. The app is used to collect transit survey data, i.e., passenger ridership. It uses GPS and is fed bus stop locations and route information. It resides in a SQL environment and the Visual Basic program is an older version. We need screen redesign as well as new or improved functions.
