Virtual assistant required for a yoga retreat centre in Spain. Help with answering emails, marketing, inputing date into booking software and so forth. Excellent English and preferably Spanish, French and German. Work includes replying to emails relating to yoga retreats. Have a read on google of what yoga retreats involve, the type of people that come and what they are looking for. You should have a very good knowledge of yoga, meditation, pranayama, philosophy and hospitality. You should have very good IT skills. You will be inputing data into booking software, liasing with marketing companies, inputing data into transport companies software and so forth. Before contacting us become familiar with retreat guru software, also a companies called book yoga retreats, book meditation retreats, responsible travel and the travel company beniconnect. You must be hard working, punctual, motivated and deliver work on time. Expected 2 to 4 hours work a day in 2 to 4 shifts a day, 7 days a week. You should enjoy challenges. You should always be polite and friendly in your emails. You would also be responsible for helping us choose volunteers for the centre via a website called workaway. Please be familiar with the workaway website and their concept before contacting us. We should be listed on workaway as 'Help out around a beautiful yoga retreat centre located in the Valencian Community, Spain.' Please have a read of the profile and also read through our website.
