I would like a plugin made to be used in Wordpress WooCommerce. I need the plugin to autocomplete all paid orders that do not match an email address from a list. The plugin would need to be able to create and save the list of email addresses that will NOT have their orders autocompleted. All orders that do not have a matching email address will be autocompleted. However, if an order contains an email address from the list, that order will be placed on Hold instead of Complete.
