Youtube Like Video Sharing and Multi Vendor Platform

We are building a platform that is similar to Youtube but with various features thaat will be customized for our users. Current state of this platform: 1. The platform( website) exists but is in a lackluster state; it requires very detailed tailoring. 2. There is a particular plugin called Dokan we are utilizing for the platform that must be customized to fit our needs. The last developer began this customization but had to leave due to family issues. There are about 60 major and minor issues currently on the development site which we have listed and must be fixed. Soft requirements: The list of modules to complete this project and the details per module will be sent to the chosen developer. To ensure your competence of the requirements, Dokan, Wordpress and devloping we will divide the project into these modules and pay per completed module. Hard requirements: YOU MUST understand Wordpress especially the DOKAN plugin and MUST be able to customize to our needs. What we request: After the modules and details have been provided you MUST provide us a schedule necessary for you and your team to complete each module successfully. 1.
