Assist in setting up and programming Velocio PLCs and Command HMI

I require a Velocio programmer/developer to assist me in setting up the HMI (HM-070BE) and Velocio Ace A7076. vBuilder with flow diagrams seems quite simple but I have no clue on: 1. How to communicate from HMITool to the HMI device 2. How to integrate between the PLC and the HMI Ideally also assist me on how to: 1. Read and display Hardware inputs: 1.1 couple and read a K-type thermocouple 1.2. couple and read an on/off switch (with software debouncing) 2. Setup software switches (on HMI to be used in PLC calculations) 3. Setup software timers (on HMI screen to be used in PLC calculations) 4. Setup a software lookup table (on PLC) to lookup certain values based on calculated temperatures readings and switch settings 5. Switch relays based on calculated, looked up values and switch settings 6. Advice on hardware to adjust a Variable Solid State Relay (to control power to a heating element) 7. Display on HMI: 7.1. Temperature readings (current and time based graphs) 7.2. Display relay settings (on/off) 7.3. Display variable SSR output 7.4. Display process status (from lookup table results). 7.5. Display process progress (simple bar graph) 7.6. Display estimated process completion time I have available: 1. A hardware setup - as shown in the attachment 2. Teamviewer to allow you to access my PC 3. Skype My time zone is GMT+2

I have 30 years of Automation Experience Velocio are new but I have had to do many small projects over the years with odd or new PLCs. Go to YouTube and put in Living Sky Water and look for a video on Kerrobert (in Canada) that is about 2:36 long. The line of 6 identical modules processing dirty water was my work. HMI & PLC on each one. Sounds like you are doing some kind of temperature control. Usually best done by a dedicated temp controller and monitored by a PLC. Its better because most temp controller have loop tuner functions, which help make it work. Also sounds like you don;t know what an SSR is or how they are used, but that is easy. What can you tell me about the process? What experience do you have with PLCs and automated control? I am in Melbourne Australia so time isn't too bad for skyping.
