I have to repeatedly deploy IIS Sites using a strict set of directions. I'm looking for a Powershell expert to automate this process via script. Attached is the list of steps which must all be accounted for in the script. This script should utilize a list a variable definitions within the script to define the Names/Locations etc. This script will be reused many times, and each time will need a different set of names/locations.

The script will automate the process of deploying sites with custom application pools settings. We have two option to deploy it. One is with a complex powershell script, and the other one is with DSC.
