Develop an application - User Interface

Context: For a mining company, backend AI generates snippets out of an radar image based on patterns. There can be 100s of images at a time and the AI outputs around 200 snippets per image. These snippets are logged into a queue. All these snippets need to be reviewed and marked by analysts to determine the entry points and the mining points. What is required? - We need a user interface which allows the analysts to view each snippet and mark the images with 1 or more types of dots (blue circle, red circle, triangle and plus) . Check Image2 to see how analysts mark the images. X and y cordinates should be recorded for each dot with respect to that snippet. Top left of that snippet is 0,0.
