I work for a council as a BA with over 150 fleet vehicles of different makes and model with different service schedules. I would like a program that can query our Corporate Fuel system information to ascertain vehicle mileage and compare it to a servicing schedule (both are available) than send alerts to drivers, informing them that their vehicle is due for a service. I was thinking of using the 0365 booking system that our Council can utilise to actually perform the booking service scheduling as we have a depot with two full time mechanics. Currently they utilise telephone and paper based booking system. Issue is drivers don't remember to book their vehicle in so i would like to automate the reminder process.

Hi, I recently developed a similar system for a mine to keep track of their vehicles that shouldn't be too hard to adapt to your needs. As I understand, the fuel system, booking system and servicing schedules exist, what you need is something that can text(?) the drivers when the vehicles need servicing?
