hacked instagram page

i am in need of some one who can take back my instagram from a hacker. so what happened was i received an email telling me that they are instagram help team and they want to give me verification tag and they asked me for my email user name and pass word and i gave them then they changed my password and username and phone number on instagram and they stole my account i want to take back my page.i lnow the new email linked to the page and the username as well
