I am looking for a software program that meets our personal needs for our business. We need a program that people can create thier own loggin details and create /Access thier account at anytime. We run a lost/stolen pet site and people must be able to register thier pets and held in a database that we can access so that in the event a pet goes missing or is stolen they can access thier account and alert us to this. Must be able to uplaod pictures

Hi, I think the best way to do that is to create a web site using Wordpress. The login process is already included. We just have to create a front page and a form to submit an alert. You will have to pay the web hosting fees annualy so about 100$CA or probably less. You can look at my own web site (French only): www.adc-dao.com.
