Setting up a VPN in China is a dangerous thing. Foreigners are not allowed to buy VPS i think. Also the ISP can detect VPN data flow and block the data or QOS the data quite quickly( i mean within hour). So it's not a easy job to keep a VPN in good working condition in China. So it's much a different story to any kind of VPN in China. Is the VPN for business or for surfing the China video site ?
