We need an individual that absolutely loves working with clients to understand their needs and help them on projects. You will be an account executive that will work on ongoing projects and engagements to facilitate communication between the client and the internal team. The projects will include: - Marketing engagements - Advertising work - Event Management - Event sponsorship Sales - CRM Development work - Workflow development - Sales Training and development There is a mix of skills required, so the ideal person will be willing to learn on the job, and able to assist on a variety of roles. You'll need to think quick, communicate well, and love to work with technology. The rest we'll train on (including an understanding of the different work the team can do, and how to deliver for a client project). Please note, we work in an Agile project management style. Familiarity with Agile, sprint, story points, check-ins, etc. will be helpful for this role. You will facilitate an understanding of the clients needs, and be the voice of the client inside our role. The job is meant to always fulfill the client's interests and ensure they are happy - so an empathetic character is needed.
