Al Rowad Consulting intends to avail the Services of an experienced Chartered Engineer, appropriately qualified, competent and experienced in the Management of EPC Contracts, Commercial and Claims Management, Quantum issues, Contract documentation, dispute resolution, etcetera., and in designing and delivering Contracts Claims & Disputes courses. Kindly Note: The certificates should specify the CPEs (Continuous Professional Education points) that this training awards the participants. The scope of Al Rowad: a) Providing Visa to the Trainer, if coming from outside Qatar. b) Arranging a full-fledged training classroom, refreshments and lunch for the Trainer and the Participants during the course days(Client Side). About Trainers: - shall have a professional degree in any engineering discipline/business administration/commerce. - shall have minimum 20 years experience in Contracts and Projects Management in Fertilizers, Oil & Gas or Petrochemical companies of similar size - shall have worked representing mainly the Owner/Client side handling multiple projects and contracts but, exposure to the other two contract participants namely Contractors, Consultants will be an added advantage. - his/ her experience shall cover handling all stages of projects/contracts like – FEED, basic engineering, detailed engineering, Pre-tendering planning, tender strategy selection, evaluation criteria selection, preparing tendering package, bid evaluations, negotiations, contract award, mobilization, execution commencement, peak construction, commissioning, hand-over, close-out and warranty period. -shall have conducted at least 10 training on Contracting related areas in last five years in Fertilizers, Oil & Gas or Petrochemical companies of similar size.
