Create draft Smartsheet Project

Create a project in Smartsheet ([login to view URL]). The goal of the project is to document procedures and tasks for a department and then make the documentation available for staff. One step will be gathering a listing of all procedures and tasks. Another is to categorize them in functional areas or groups. The following deliverables need to be tracked for each procedure or task: (1) procedure/task steps drafted in technical writing style, (2) flow chart created, (3) procedure/task steps drafted as "complete" instructions, an (4) information loaded to a knowledge base for reference by staff. "Complete" instructions are step by step instructions with screenshots. A final deliverable will be to create new versions of the documentation that reflect optimized steps. For example, a more efficient, effective, or automated workflow. I can revise the wording and timelines, so don't worry about whether you are wording information correctly or the timelines are correct.
