Project Manager / native German and good English / project management, telephoning, email conversations, edit pictures

I need a project manager as a virtual assistant for our company. We are a small company, who design and sell pop up cards. We have a lot of email conversation in German and English. A lot of work is to communicate with the clients by email and telephone and coordinate our suppliers to get the results the clients needs.

For this kind of work I'm searching for assistant with good english and native german language skills.

What tasks should be done:

- coordinate projects your own (german & english)

- communicate by telephone and email with the clients

- very quick and easy picture editing to show our suppliers, what the client likes

- add products to our webpage (you will get introduction)

Important for us also good time tracking and good way of communication and working.

You should have some experiences in managing several tasks and have best communication skills with clients.
