Hi, I have a PSD. I want to test how it interacts on web browsers and mobile browsers. As such, I want to convert the PSD to Responsive HTML, just to test it out. The search form and it's drop-downs should appear and function like shown on the PSD. I am looking for a perfectionist to do this job. Because, very often i come across html coders who just don't pay full attention to the design and give any font they like, any spacing they like and generic dropdowns and link actions. I am looking for a perfectionist who would be able to take my PSD and deliver it just the way it is but on HTML. I don't have a big budget for this. Only $150 because my intention is to test how the site looks and interacts on browsers. Our actual site is based on Yii Framework (PHP). This small budget project might be great for a new entry to Freelancer who is very capable but isn't getting new task due to lack of reviews and hours worked on Freelancer.
