I am looking to start a technical recruiting company with a friend. We hope to have some big contracts lined up and need to put together a stellar, well-branded, recruiting platform that can be utilized by both recruiters and also those looking for work. We have an amazing logo and are looking for someone to help bring together a platform / website that we can use to complete our brand. Prior work experience in developing platforms is a requirement. The key differentiator for us is we need to build an artificial intelligence platform that uses data mining to match employees with the right employers. We need someone who has developed AI bots and platforms, has lots of experience with database management, and can help put together a strong platform. We are looking for a developer from India/Pakistan/Bangladesh for high quality development and low prices.
