build a smart line in a dxf file that separates pieces by colors

I need to create a line that divides and separates the pieces grouped by colors of a dxf file, as in the image. The line must not collide between the pieces, the line must pass between them, but do not bump them. Please see attached image Each line that separates the entities grouped by color must begin must start at the widest point on the x axis of the entire file block. For each line that separates the grouped entities, at point x0 where the line starts, you must create another line outward with a parameterizable distance. The same should be done on the side where the line ends. In the end, the dxf must be saved including the lines. Examples attached
