Build a website in Flask to interface with CloudFlare IP rules to block or remove the block or whitelist

I need Flask website that would present the user with a few pages to:
1. list all entries in a predefined CloudFlare zone ( /firewall/access_rules/rules ) ( over 10k so we need pagination )
2. Search for a IPv4 IP and check if the IP is blocked or whitelisted
3. Block a new IP and Whitelist a new IP
4. Be able to remove an IP from the CF rules
The project must be written in Flask ( python ), does not use OOP so I can modify/ add functionality later on. Later on I will need an authentication layer built on top of the app so keep that in mind. To list a large number of pages we could use AJAX. page design must be good and look nice, you can use something like AdminLTE interface but it can be anything that looks good.
CloudFlare uses json responses and I can provide examples of github repositories that use python requests to POST, DELETE, GET json data to CloudFlare. You can use jinja templates but its not a must.
