Django / Celery async tasks

We need help on designing a flow of async tasks under Django environment celery, rabbitmq and probably redis . Some of the tasks are running in the application server, some others should run on remote machines. An example of chain of tasks can include: An async task running locally, then an async task running on a specific remote server (several ones available), finally an async task running locally. Each task starts only when the previous has stopped and at least two different workers are involved (local and remote). A way to monitor running tasks should be provided (Flower?)
