gdrive web app (gapi, oauth, python or php)

I need a server side web app on php or python (UI can be minimal or even console prototype could be enough): 1) server has auth token for own server's-google-drive where files are located 2) client (via web UI) ask server to find a file in server's-google-drive 3) server finds the file and downloads it to local file system (like /tmp) 4) server ask permission to access client's google-drive (google account ask permission for app) 5) client accepts (oauth token used?) 6) server switches (oauth token) server's-google-drive access to client's-google-drive 7) server uploads file to client's google drive (from /tmp) 8) server shares the uploaded file (gets google file id) 9) server stores uploaded file name and id (link) in 'cache' (db/file) x) when new client asks for file server 1st looks in 'cache' & if the file already present there it just gives saved file id/link (or 'makes a copy' to client's drive), instead of downloading and uploading the file (something like r c l o n e to copy file but with file id cacheing) **************************************************************** You must know: - python or php - google drive api (v3?) - oauth - google application publishing permissions (to access gdrive with your custom web app) You must NOT be: - a coder or a company from India (sorry you're out of scope) - a "manager" ; i.e. I need direct comunication with coder - there is no time to explain it twice and via 'proxy', wasting time and losing information while 'translating'
