IBM blockchain connect with half-made Django app -- 2

We have an application halfway done. This application is for taking the transaction orders and then send those to blockchain for confirmation from the related parties(users). Thus recording in blockchain occurs. The main goal is to synchronize to and track data from blockchain. Then display tracked data in Django app. Data to be tracked is root and routes of transactions from different users. Currently the application is ready to save transaction as pending in local database. We just need to connect it to blockchain and then synchronize for confirmation ( from users as mentioned above ) and track for showing in a window of our app. We will provide related sample examples and our codes. We are using IBM Blockchain on LinuxOne cloud. Please explain your development and tracking approach and methodology in bid message.
