Image Processing code to detect the vials and half stoppering

I am looking for a developer who can write an image processing code in Python using OpenCV library to detect the vials and half stoppering in images. The ideal candidate should have experience in Python programming and image processing using OpenCV library.
The output format for the detected vials and half stoppering information should be in the form of a handshake via OPC UA to PLC. This will ensure the information is transmitted in a reliable and secure manner.
Skills and experience required:
- Strong proficiency in Python programming
