Interactive Data Visualizations on website

I want to build a website which will host rich interactive data visualizations based on Indian Demographic information (Population by Religion, State, District) 1. Using Maps (Specifically looking to build visualizations using the Indian Map with the ability to drill down into states and districts). 2. Build something like this - [login to view URL] (Build a regression model which will predict future population growth based on past rates and provide a real time demographic clock.) 3. Ability to provide filters to adjust the rate of growth to see how the population changes at real time. ([login to view URL]) The demographic clock to be super imposed on the Indian Map and so that users can interact with the Map and see how the populations are changing real time. (Something like [login to view URL] + [login to view URL]) Please apply if you have a background in: 1. Data Science - Ability to Build a regression model which will predict future population growth based on past rates and provide a real time demographic clock. 2. Building Interactive Visualizations using open source libraries. While bidding for project, provide the technology + stack that you will use for the project. Provide as much information as possible as to why do you think the stack suggested is the best for not just the current data visualization but also to future data visualizations that i would want to build on the same website.
