Hello, I am an Odoo Consultant/Developer. I know how to import all your data into Odoo 10 or 11 (don't you want to go for Odoo 12?). All I suggest is not to migrate old transactions but just initial balances on each account and also initial inventory. We will of course also migrate all Open documents (receivable invoices, payable bills, etc). The best way to go is to keep your old system for some time until you are shure you wont be needing any old transaction for it (my clients usually keep it for one more year).
