Need Expert In Twilio / Plivo, Familiar with Outbound Voice and SIP

Need a developer to help us rework out implementation of Twilio. Must have the following knowledge: Node.js, Python. Deep Understanding of Twilio Voice API. Deep understanding of Automation Functions, such a reminder calls etc. Familiarity of Amazon Web Services. Step functions / State machines is a huge plus Optimizing implementation in order to conserve cost. Our platform initiates an outbound call then sends an SMS if they customer does not answer. Here is how the flow works 1. A lead is posted to the API 2. Call is initiated via Twilio Outbound Voice API using a Phone Number. 3. When call is answered, the call is forwarded to another Twilio phone number that uses Elastic SIP Trunk. It is attached to our IBM Voice Agent Service. 4.. Once Voice Agent is connected the user will speak to it., then be transferred to another phone number. We are looking for strategy and better implementation with Twilio. We want someone to join our team and recommend better solutions. We want to explore if there is a way to outbound dial using elastic sip trunk. If this is a project that your expertise match.
