need a simple python script to scrape some content, save it to txt then post it to wordpress using xmlrpc.php

I am in need of a simple python script to scrape some content. The script should take urls on a one-by-one basis from a seed file (lets call it [login to view URL]). it should visit each of that url and parse HTML from the website. HTML should be cleared of all script and styling code, preserving only content from specific DIV (<div id="content">) - the content should still have <a> <p> <ul> <h1> <h2> tags, but be cleared of all other code. Each parsed content from each URL visited should be stored in separate TXT file which should carry the filename of a URL (Without the domain name). So if the url is [login to view URL], the text file genearated should have the filename "[login to view URL]". Similarly, the txt for another url should have filename "[login to view URL]" etc. Each request made to an URL must go through a PRoxy (I will provide proxy servers with username). These txt files should then be uploaded to a live wordpress site via [login to view URL] file (I will provide access to wordpress upon completion). Each .txt file should be created as new post, under default category and author. Basically, all txt files should be imported to wordpress as posts and their titles should be the filename (without hyphens) - example - post 1 should have a title "some link 1", then "some link 2" etc. Use code "python" at the beginning of application so I can see that you've read the instructions.
